HOUGHTON — Three Laurium residents alleged to be involved with distributing suboxone were arraigned in 97th District Court Monday.

Detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) arrested the three Saturday after a two-month investigation.

All three are charged with delivery of suboxone, a seven-year felony. Benjamin Rippey, 30, has two counts; Eugina Rippey, 55; has four; and Angellina Shelp, 44, has five.

The three were released on bond pending their next court appearance.
