Chassell man arraigned on meth charges
HOUGHTON — A Chassell resident was arraigned on five counts of delivery of methamphetamine in 97th District Court.
Jon Lister, 34, was arrested Friday after a two-month investigation by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team West, UPSET said in a release. Each count carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
Lister’s bond was set at $5,000. His preliminary hearing was set for 10 a.m. Nov. 9.
