Annual Holiday Art Sale

MARQUETTE — The perfect way to start your Holiday shopping and support UP artists in every medium is coming up next month at the Marquette Regional History Center and City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center’s, 25th Annual Holiday Art Sale. The sale will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Marquette Regional History Center, located at 145 W Spring Street.

This year the Museum is including an outside-heated tent, for even more vendors to celebrate the sales’ 25th year! The History Center is a destination, providing holiday shoppers with access to world-class exhibits. The Museum will hold an old-fashioned bake sale, their annual Dollhouse Days, a Membership Drive and the History Center gift shop will be open for the event.

Among the artists juried into this year’s sale are Kurt Babcock, Sandy Weber, Monica Zehnder, Marlene Wood, Kathy Binoniemi, John French, Cindy Engle, Crys L. Hendrick, Judy Parloto, Elise Bunce, Jenny Frein Hamel, JoAnn Shelby, Mary Ann Theis, Amelia Pruiett, Christopher Schmidt, Susan Estler, Candace Prill, Julia Anderson, Mike Tuch, Erica Potila, Mavis Farr, Lindsey Heiden, Kalil Zehnder, Cassandra Bullock, Camille Hamilton, Katie Rheaume, Jason Dean, Julie Martinson, Amanda Reou, Frank Malette, Mike Shelafoe & Anika, Lance Attwell, Ann Golden, and Kirstin Hensley.

There is a $2 admission which includes entrance to the Holiday Art Sale, MRHC Exhibits, tickets for the door prize drawing, and all other events.

All proceeds support the MRHC, a private, non-profit 501c3 and community gem.
