The Houghton County Historical Society board has decided, with regret, to cancel our 2020 summer season. To maintain the safety of patrons and staff from the uncertainty of the Coronavirus, we have decided to err on the side of caution, curtailing operations for the foreseeable future. We will not be giving train rides or allowing visitors in the museum. If visitors wish to walk around the grounds they may do so. This postponement is difficult to do, but is an important step in protecting our visitors, staff, and community.
