Ben Garbacz/Daily Mining Gazette The stoplights on the intersection of M-26 and Houghton Canal Road began flashing caution lights. Wednesday. The lights on M-26 will flash yellow while the lights facing Houghton Canal Road will flash red. The stoplights will be fully operational starting next Wednesday, July 9.
