Handling take-out food safely with Q and A

Michigan State University Extension is a resource for answering consumers questions regarding food safety. Food Safety Educators will be hosting a live webinar series starting on Monday, Apr. 13, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. focusing on various food safety topics. The first webinar will provide recommendations for Handling Take-out Food Safely. Participants are encouraged to ask their questions during the Q and A portion of the event. Food Safety Educators will be available for this session and will provide the most up-to-date research-based information.
