Join us for this live-stream “tour” of “Women in Sports” co-sponsored by riseUP and the Carnegie Museum of the Keweenaw. Elizabeth Benyi will start at the beginning and narrate women’s achievements and participation in sports in the US, Michigan, and elsewhere. She will present notable, yet often unremarked, athletic accomplishments by area women.
