Police: Victim in Hancock domestic violence case released from hospital

HANCOCK — The female victim in a Hancock domestic violence case was released from the hospital Sunday night, Hancock police said Monday. The male subject is still in the UP Health System - Marquette hospital, Lt. David Outinen said. Police responded to a 911 call of a domestic violence incident on Hancock Street early Saturday morning. Numerous local departments responded, as well as the Michigan State Police Forensic Lab.
