Michigan joins forces With 18 states to assist people with disabilities

LANSING – The Michigan Department of Treasury today announced that the state has joined the National ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) Alliance, a 19-member bipartisan state consortium that works to create the most cost-effective and user-friendly ABLE programs for people with disabilities. As part of its membership in the alliance, Michigan’s ABLE savings and investment program – MiABLE – will be managed by Ascensus. IRON MOUNTAIN – Drive-up flu vaccines are available for veterans enrolled in VA health care at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Sept. 13 to 24 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. CT each day. No appointment is necessary. The VA Medical Center is located at 325 East H Street in Iron Mountain. Veterans may also get vaccinated during their regularly scheduled VA appointments. LANSING, MI - Today, the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) issued a Stop-Use and Stop-Removal Order for motor oil and transmission fluid manufactured, packaged, and/or distributed by Orion Lubricants of Worth, IL under the brand REV 360 after finding the products did not comply with the Michigan Weights and Measures Act, 1964 Public Act 283.
