George Hartmann

He was born in Waukegan, Ill., on June 25, 1946, a son of Volney and Leona Hartmann. George lived in Racine, Wis., where he was employed as an Electronic Technician most recently with Bucyrus Corporation. He moved to Eagle Harbor a year and a half ago.

He is survived by his sisters, Kathryn (Robert) Frye and Judith March, both of St. Louis, Mo.; and one brother, Charles (Mary Lou) Hartmann of Land’O Lakes, Wis. Also surviving are nephews, Peter (Melissa) Hartmann and Michael (Deann) Frye; a niece, Robin (Brett) Borders; and numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial is tentatively scheduled for June in Eagle Harbor.
