Cody B. Nichols

CHASSELL — Cody B. Nichols, 12, a resident of Chassell, passed away at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where he had been a patient for the past week.

He was born on June 11, 2004, in Laurium, a son of Connie (Hurley) Nichols and the late Henry Nichols. Cody had attended the CLK Schools and the Chassell Schools.

Cody was a fun loving boy that loved to make others laugh, he also was a gamer who loved to play video games, shoot hoops in the driveway after school and liked the Lord of the Rings.

Preceding him in death were his father, Henry Nichols; and his grandmother, Ruby Hurley.

Surviving are his mother, Connie (Steve Beaudoin) Nichols of Chassell; his brother, Devin Wright; and his sister, Hannah Nichols; his grandparents, Roy Barbara Jackson of Alabama, Patricia Patterson of Georgia and Nancy Beaudion of Hubbell; his aunts, Evelyn (Granvio) Wolford of Tennessee, Amy Teske of the Netherlands and Cas and Derick Dronet of Calumet;  and several cousins.

A memorial service for Cody will be held 12 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016, at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Chassell with Rev. Peter Vorhes to officiate.

Friends may call on Saturday, November 26, 2016, from 10 a.m. until time of services at the church.
