Beverly Jean Simonson, age 99, passed away peacefully Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, in Calumet. Jean was born in Laurium on Sept. 12, 1926, to Russell and Melvina Brown. She married Robert Simonson on June 22, 1946, and they raised two sons together. Jean and Robert spent many seasons at their summer cabin at Agate Harbor and enjoyed sharing their “happy place” with friends and family, and sweet memories were made and remembered.
