The Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital Auxiliary would like to thank the community for their support in 2013. Our fund raising was quite successful.

Thanks again to the Keweenaw Quilters, Ellen Torola, Sue Kesti, Pearl Loukus, and a member of our Auxiliary for their donated items for our annual raffle sale.

Our Tree of Love ceremony celebrated it’s 20th anniversary with Jan Jurmu, the originator of our gathering. Marian McKellar led us in many beautiful songs of the season. The guest speaker was Rev. Laura Eaton who gave us all loving thoughts and inspiration.

The Auxiliary will be holding its Used Books, Etc. Sale on Friday, Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please save your gently used books, DVD’s, CD’s, VCR tapes, books on tape or CD, and puzzles. We will gladly accept your donations at the volunteer desk at the hospital starting Monday, Feb.17 through Thursday, Feb. 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Thank you again for your continued support of the AKHA in raising funds for patient care equipment.
