To the editor:

I attended the 40th class reunion of the 1976 Jeffers graduating class in the beginning of August. It was an awesome, two-day event that I enjoyed immensely. Several people and organizations helped contribute to the celebration, and I feel they need to be recognized and thanked.

First, a big thank you to the classmates who were the organizing committee. You folks were the reason the reunion happened, and your work is appreciated. Second, thank you to the organizations and people who helped in this event.

Thank you to The Mosquito (The “Bug”) for setting aside space for the class, and the great food.

Thank you to Tom Katalin who played the 70’s music for us.

Another thank you to the Twin Lakes State Park who let us enjoy the splendid day there. Thank you to the Twin Lakes Golf Course for providing the facility and dinner for our “speech” night.

Thank you to the hosts of JackStock who let us partake in their celebration.

Lastly, a huge thank you to all the classmates that attended. It was an honor to to see you after 40 years, and I am so grateful to have shared so many laughs, hugs, and smiles with you.
