ONTONAGON — The Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes continued its dominance in the Copper Mountain conference with a sweep over the Ontonagon Gladiators (25-8, 25-16, 25-13) Thursday in Ontonagon. 

“Girls played solid defensively and Ontonagon struggled on their attack,” LL-H head coach Maureen Schick said. “We served well to keep them off balance and our passing allowed us to set up some solid attacks.”

Erin Seppala led the LL-H (13-5-3, 5-0) attack with 12 kills and five aces, and Mariah Willmer added nine kills. Laura Lyons finished with 28 assists. 

Defensively, Joslynn Perala had 15 digs, while Mackenzie LePage added 13 digs.

LL-H won the freshman and JV matches. 

Next, LL-H hosts Chassell on Tuesday.
