Lions add Burns
HANCOCK — Thomas Burns (Atlanta, Ga.) has committed to play for the Finlandia baseball team.
“I’m very excited to add Thomas to our program. He is a transfer pitcher from Trinity Baptist,” Finlandia head coach Evan Brandt said. “Thomas has a very strong arm and really understands pitching. We will look to him at the top of the rotation to be a key arm for us every weekend. I believe Thomas will grow quickly here because of his work ethic and excitement to get better every day. On the mound he has a very good mix of pitches and will be able to get deep into games for us every weekend.”
