AURORA, Ill. — The Finlandia University men’s basketball team (2-5) lost 82-64 to Aurora (4-2), Saturday afternoon at Norse Gym.

The game was tight the first four minutes.  Junior Danny Zuchak hit a lay-up that cut the gap to four, 10-6 at the 17:08 mark.  Aurora scored 12 straight points to effectively end the game.

For Finlandia, junior Ilrick Higgins-Moise scored 14 points, sophomore Devin Schieble scored 13 points with three triples and Zuchak had 12 points and three steals.

For Aurora, Michael Osborne had 22 points and Noah Butler scored 20.

Finlandia is home, Friday, Dec. 2, playing North Central (Minn.). The game is scheduled to start at 8 p.m.
