Lakes sweep Panthers, 3-0

CHASSELL — The Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes volleyball team opened the season with a three-set road sweep of the Chassell Panthers on Wednesday. They won 25-9, 25-12 and 25-9.

For Lake Linden, Abi Codere and Maddie Buschell each had five kills, Alli Corrigan had five aces, and Payton Goldsworthy had 14 assists.

For Chassell, Kylee Sohlden had two kills.
