The Chassell Panthers volleyball team defeated the Watersmeet Nimrods Thursday night, 25-16, 25-23, and 25-18.

For Chassell, Dusty Lippold had 14 kills, seven digs and three aces. Oriana Olson had eight kills and five aces.

Sylvia Aho had three kills, 17 assists, two digs, two blocks and seven aces. Skye Isaacson added two kills, one block, three digs and four aces.

Jets cruise to sweep of Wykons

The Jeffers Jets needed just three sets to sweep the West Iron Wykons Thursday. The Jets won 25-18, 25-21, and 25-23.

Mia Nordstrom led the Jets with 11 kills. Kylee Andrews added eight.

Montanna Heinonen racked up 10 blocks.
