An Ontonagon man is in jail facing a variety charges stemming from a Wednesday night arrest. According to a press release, Ontonagon County Undersheriff Charles Pantti said the arrest was made shortly after 8:30 p.m. Pantti said an Ontonagon County Sheriffs deputy performed a traffic stop within the Village of Ontonagon. As the result of that stop, the deputy arrested a 49 year old Ontonagon man on multiple drug and weapons charges along with traffic offenses.
