Copper Country Mental Health September board meeting to be held virtually

Due to Executive Order 2020-21, the Sept. 30 Copper Country Mental Health Services Board meeting will be held virtually with Board Members and Staff attending remotely through Zoom conferencing.


Public Participation:
 There will be two options for public participation in this meeting: phone conferencing or written comment. There will be two public comment periods for the meeting, one at the beginning and one at the end. Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker and speakers must give their name and address. Written comments will be limited to 300 words.


Members of the public wishing to call in and make a comment over the phone will need to call (312) 626 6799 and enter the meeting ID (930 4002 2003) and passcode (328987). During the public comment periods caller will need to press *9 to notify the Host that they have a comment.


When participating via phone conferencing, you will be placed on mute until the Public Comment portions of the meetings are reached. Once Public Comment begins, the Chair will go through each person one at a time and provide them with the opportunity to address the Board.


The phone conference lobby will open at 4:55 p.m. on Sept. 30.

Written comments can be submitted by mail (CCCMHS Board, 901 W. Memorial Drive, Houghton MI 49931) or directly to admin@cccmh.org. Written submissions will be accepted until 4 p.m. on Sept. 30.
