UPHP members alerted to security breach

EpiSource press release EpiSource found that an unknown, unapproved third party accessed its data. Some of this data included Upper Peninsula Health Plan member data. EpiSource learned on February 20, 2023, that its cloud-based account was accessed the day prior by an unapproved person. EpiSource took instant action to secure the involved systems.
