The Michigan Tech volleyball schedule was released Friday.

The Huskies will play 29 matches including 18 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Conference matches.

Tech plays in the Cal State Monterrey Bay Tournament in late August to begin the season. The Huskies face Cal State Dominguez and Cal State Monterey Bay on Aug. 26.

The Huskies’ home opener is part of a four-game homestand, beginning Sept. 9 against Grand Valley State and Davenport on Sept. 10. The Huskies also host Ferris State on Sept. 16 and Lake Superior State on Sept. 17.

The GLIAC Tournament is Nov. 9-13, and the NCAA Midwest Regional is Nov. 18.

The Huskies finished 25-7 last season with a No. 22 ranking in the AVCA Top 25 poll. Tech won the GLIAC regular season championship for the second straight season, and third in program history. Tech played in its fourth straight NCAA Tournament and bowed in the midwest regional semifinal.
