Seven Huskies attended NHL Development Camps

HOUGHTON — Michigan Tech was well represented at NHL Development Camps over the past couple of weeks.

Jack Anderson participated in camp with the Philadelphia Flyers. Anderson is an incoming transfer from Lindenwood. The defenseman played 90 games for the Lions over the past three seasons and served as an alternate captain in 2024-25.

Owen Bartoszkiewicz was at the St. Louis Blues Development Camp. The incoming transfer goaltender played 35 NCAA games over two seasons with Lindenwood and Minnesota. In 2024-25, he held a .919 save percentage and 2.57 goals-against average with the Lions. He began as collegiate career with the Gophers in 2022-23, appearing in six games and going 3-0-0.

Rylan Brown attended the Winnipeg Jets Development Camp. Brown was named to the CCHA All-Rookie Team in 2024-25 after skating in all 36 games for the Huskies and tallying three goals and 15 assists. In CCHA games, Brown ranked third in points amongst conference defensemen with three goals and 17 assists.

Isaac Gordon went to the Columbus Blue Jackets Development Camp for the second straight summer. As a sophomore with the Huskies last season, Gordon skated in all 36 games and was third on the team with 26 points after scoring seven goals and adding 19 assists. As an alternate captain, he ranked fifth in the CCHA in shots on goal and eighth in assists.

Max Koskipirtti attended the Dallas Stars Development Camp. As a sophomore with the Huskies last season, he skated in all 36 games and was second on the team with 27 points after seven goals and 20 assists. He ranked fourth in the CCHA in faceoff wins and sixth in assists.

Benton Maass served as a guest coach at the Washington Capitals Development Camp. Maass was named an assistant coach with the Huskies shortly after head coach Bill Muckalt was hired. Maass was picked by Washington in the sixth round of the 2017 NHL Draft with the 182nd selection and played in the organization for the Hershey Bears (AHL) and South Carolina Stingrays (ECHL).

Teydon Trembecky joined Rylan Brown at the Winnipeg Jets Development Camp. The incoming freshman racked up 88 points in 67 games last season with Victoria in the WHL. Trembecky played 187 career WHL games for Victoria and Brandon and tallied 130 points.
