EAST LANSING, Mich. — Alessio Milivojevic converted a fourth down with a 5-yard, go-ahead touchdown pass to Rodney Bullard early in the fourth quarter and Michigan State went on to beat Toledo 30-20 on Friday night in Pat Fitzgerald's debut as coach of the Spartans. Michigan State sealed the victory with an 11-play drive capped by Liam Boyd's 51-yard field goal late in the game. ISHPEMING — Looking to move to 2-0 Friday night, the Calumet Copper Kings football team scored 14 straight points to open the game. Still leading 14-0 heading into the fourth quarter on the road against the Westwood Patriots, the Copper Kings outscored the hosts 13-8 in the final quarter to come away with a 27-8 victory.
