Island Resort & Casino to close amid COVID-19 Pandemic

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Island Resort & Casino will officially close at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 21, through Monday, Apr. 6.

General Manager Tony Mancilla released this statement today: “All of us are being affected by the evolving local, state, and national government mandates and guidelines regarding the COVID-19 virus. We care deeply about the health and safety of our staff, customers, broader communities and our state. All employees will be compensated during the shutdown. We would like to thank all of our customers, vendors, and employees for their patience. We look forward to seeing you in the future.”
