To the editor:

On Aug. 17, VFW CLK Post 3900 held its golf fundraiser at Sandy Pebbles golf course. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for our post. The money raised at the tournament allows us to operate so we can support our fellow veterans and those in the community who are in need.

Without the generous support we are given by our hole sponsors in monetary donations and gifts from our local businesses we could not do our mission.

We at CLK Post 3900 would like to Thank our numerous local business Hole Sponsors and ask that our community support them as they have us, by shopping local and using their services. We know that these local businesses do a lot more for the communities they are in then just being a place to shop. Thank You again to ALL the Local Businesses who sponsored holes for our golf tournament and made it a success, we could not do it without your support.
