GLADSTONE — One person is dead after two persons fell off of a personal watercraft near the Gladstone Harbor Friday afternoon. Accord to a press release issued Monday, law enforcement responded to the waters of Little Bay De Noc near the Gladstone Harbor at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
