Aug. 4

• Musial Monday, 7 p.m. Keweenaw Heritage Center at St. Anne’s. Tonight’s Keweenaw Heritage Center Musical Monday performance will feature the Copper Country Community Band, the admission is $5.

• Keweenaw ATV Club Meeting, 7 p.m. Hubbell VFW Hall. The Keweenaw ATV Club will meet with a discussion about old and new projects. If you adopt a section of trail, we will have maintenance packets. We will set a date for the fall ride. Please attend and bring a friend.

August 5

• Houghton Farmer’s Market, 3 – 6 p.m. Houghton Downtown Pier. The Houghton Farmers Market features locally grown produce, baked goods and crafts.

• Mohawk Park Concert, 6-8 p.m. Mohawk Park. Enjoy free concerts Tuesday evenings at Mohawk Park. Concessions are available. Tonight’s music will be provided by The Gariepys.

• Covington Summer Concet Series, 7 p.m. Covington Pavillion M-28. Tonight’s Covington Pavilion concert features country music from Jack Jolliff.

Aug. 6

• Houghton Summer Slam Concert, 7 p.m. Houghton Downtown Pier. onight’s Good Times Music Downtown Houghton Summer Slam Concert will feature Chad Borgen and the Collective. The performance will take place on the Houghton Downtown Pier. Please bring a chair and any refreshments you’d like to enjoy.

• Calumet Theatre Summer Concert, 7:30 p.m. Calumet Theatre, Tonight featuring Heather Evans. If weather is favorable, the concert will be held outside in the green space adjacent to the theatre. Bring a lawn chair to sit on. There is no charge, but donations are appreciated. If weather is inclement, the concert will be moved inside.

• Chassell Farmers Market, 3-6 p..m. Centennial Park. Features fresh produce, homemade treats and crafts.

• L’Anse Farmers Market, 3-5:30 p.m., Meadowbrook Park, The weekly L’Anse Farmers Market offers fresh fruit and produce, along with home-baked specialties.

Sept. 3

• The Inter-Lutheran Seminary’s fall semester starts on September 3. Daily classes include History of the Church: Reformation to the Present Day, Principles of Biblical Interpretation, Gospel of John, New Testament Introduction, Christian Education, Isaiah & Koine Greek Readings. The Monday night class will be on Prison Epistles and begin on September 8 at 7PM at 916 Pine Street, Hancock and available online.
