Copper Country Toys for Tots dropoff locations have been released for 2019. They include:

Swift’s Hardware of Houghton,

Houghton Powersports in Atlantic Mine,

Auto Value in Houghton and Calumet,

Incredible Bank in Calumet,

and Superior National Bank in Baraga and L’Anse.

Since 1947 the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program continues to execute its mission of collecting new, unwrapped toys each holiday season, and distributing those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. The 2018 campaign concluded with 18.6 million toys distributed to over 7 million less fortunate children.

This year over 800 local campaigns will cover all fifty sates. The Keweenaw Detachment #1016 of the Marine Corps League has coordinated the Toys for Tots Campaign in the Copper Country for twenty years, last year distributing almost 5000 toys to over 1300 children in the four county area. Toy donation boxes will be located in major retail outlets and other locations throughout the campaign area.
