State Rep. Greg Markkanen of Hancock attended the governor’s annual State of the State address and was joined by Michigan Tech professor, Dr. Glen Archer, as well as his two daughters Geneva and Ruth. Markkanen represents the residents of Baraga, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw and Ontonagon counties, as well as Powell and Ishpeming townships in Marquette County.
