HARRIS – Nashville recording artist Doug Allen Nash will perform his Johnny Cash Tribute in the Island Resort and Casino Showroom for one night only – Saturday, June 6, 2020. Nash, a popular regular on the Island’s Club 41 Lounge stage, perfectly captures the appearance, vocals, speech, mannerisms and spirit of Johnny Cash. Now having performed more than 1,000 shows worldwide, it’s been recognized as the #1 Tribute to Johnny Cash!

Nash was inspired to do the tribute to the musical legacies of the late Johnny and June Carter Cash, after conversations with Johnny Cash. Concert goers will hear Nash perform one of his own songs, “June,” co-written and co-produced with Jeff Silverman in Nashville. The engineering mix was done by Grammy Award winners John Carter Cash and Chuck Turner.

Nash has performed in more than 85 countries and nationally, at major casinos and resorts like Caesars

Palace Las Vegas, and at Opryland in Nashville, TN. He has been the opening act for Wayne Newton, Charlie Daniels, Huey Lewis and the News, The Oak Ridge Boys, Dierks Bentley, Bellamy Brothers, Montgomery Gentry and other national artists.
