IRONWOOD — The Gogebic County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the death of a two-year-old boy from Ironwood. At approximately 4:21 a.m. (CDT) Thursday, deputies were dispatched following a report of a deceased child in Ironwood Township. Upon arrival, responding deputies immediately began assessing the child for signs of life. However, it was confirmed the child was deceased. The incident is under further investigation.
